We retain client files for a minimum of 6 years after the conclusion of a matter, in line with SRA guidelines and our professional obligations. Website enquiry data is retained for 2 years. After these periods, data is securely deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data (in certain circumstances)
