06Data retention

We retain client files for a minimum of 6 years after the conclusion of a matter, in line with SRA guidelines and our professional obligations. Website enquiry data is retained for 2 years. After these periods, data is securely deleted unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased (in certain circumstances)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
